Stephen Gaither
EVP of Growth & Strategy at 1o8 Agency

The last six months, let alone the last three years have been a roller coaster ride for emerging and middle market CPGs. Channels and the associated spend and return are constantly changing and prioritizing between DTC, Amazon, Retail and Click & Brick. At the same time, the wild days of CPG investment and cheap debt are over. With working capital tighter than it’s ever been, margins and accountability to your spend are more important than ever.

In this webinar session, Stephen Gaither, EVP of Growth & Strategy at 1o8 shares best practices and case studies on brand strategy and finding the whitespace with syndicated data, direct to consumer approaches on LTV over ROAS, Amazon and marketplace, as well as click and brick strategies that work with attributable trade spend allocation versus marketing spend. This will provide you with a more holistic approach to your branding and channel strategy, spend and return.
